Conditions & Enrolment

Easy enrolment for Special Interest, Business, and InformationTechnology courses

You can either:

1. Telephone us at Freecall 1800 727 6400 between 9 am and 5 pm
and have your credit card ready.

2. Download and print a form. Fill it out, and fax it back to us at 8117 2018.

3. Mail the completed form to us at:

4. Contact us via email (learn4life@unsw.edu.au)

After you have enrolled you will receive a payment receipt, course details and attendance voucher by email or mail within two weeks. If you have not received confirmation you must contact us at learn4life@unsw.edu.au.

Don't forget to let us know if you wish to be notified by email or mail on the downloadable form.

Enrolment Conditions

Courses are open to anyone over the age of 16.

Transferring To Another Course

If you would like to transfer to another course, you should inform Learn4Life in writing, at least three weeks before the course start date. You must pay any additional fees plus a $40 transfer fee.

You Cannot Attend Your Course

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests made more than 14 days prior to course commencement will receive a full refund of fees paid. Requests made less than 14 days from course commencement will receive a refund of 50% of fees paid. If a participant fails to attend, no refund or transfer will be made.

Learn4Life Cancels a Course

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by phone or in writing and a full refund will be given. The University of New South Wales reserves the right to cancel or alter the details of any advertised course, and refuse enrolment to any individual(s) as permitted by law.

After You Have Enrolled

You will receive a payment receipt and course details by email or mail within 2 weeks. If you have not received confirmation you must notify Learn4Life so we can arrange documentation for you.
